Creating a welcoming and inclusive innovation and investor ecosystem that includes the LGBTQ+ community is an imperative. In this conversation, we'll speak with two leaders of the LGBTQ+ community about the practical and essential steps each individual and leader can take to understand the words and actions that will align towards that goal. Ashley T Brundage (she/her) is founder and author of Empowering Differences and a national keynote speaker on equality and leadership, sharing her own experiences as a transgender woman. Ashley is also known for her role as Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion at a financial institution. Justice Gennari (he/him) is President & CEO of the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber. Justice has consulted with many corporate companies like the YMCA, Tampa Bay Lightning, GTE, Synapse and more on diversity, equity and inclusion workforce.
