Annual Holiday Party

Description

The annual Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber Holiday Party has become the largest LGBTQ+ networking event of its kind in the Greater Tampa Bay region, where members and non-members alike join together to enjoy music, signature cocktails, cash bar, and complimentary light bites. Enjoy a magical evening with likeminded individuals while supporting Feeding Tampa Bay, and network one last time before the new year. Our last Holiday Party in 2019 was our largest ever, and brought more than 150 together for holiday cheer and business success! This year will be scaled-back due to COVID restrictions, but we look forward to celebrating and spending time with you all in person. This event has become an exciting way to engage business sponsors who would like exposure to our members and their companies.

*Members will be asked to donate $5 tickets or to donate food to support Feeding Tampa Bay.

  • (cereal, instant oatmeal, etc.)
  • Beverages
  • Baking and cooking items
  • Rice and beans

  • (Ziploc bags, hygiene items, etc.)
  • Cleaning products
  • (Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, etc.)

Pricing

TBLGBTC Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is four business days before event before an annual event/gala. This rule does not apply for events with free registration or online events.

The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is (7) seven business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

These above policies apply to all TBLGBTC events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
