We are excited to launch our inaugural Tampa Bay Equity Summit! At this event, business professionals from the Tampa Bay area will come together to learn from each other and share their ideas on how to create a more equitable work environment. Attendees will hear from experts about best practices for advancing equity, as well as discuss the challenges that businesses face. Additionally, the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber and its partner organizations will be on hand to provide information on how they can help organizations in their efforts to create a more equitable workplace.

If you are an expert in equitable business initiatives, we would love to have you join us at the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber Equity Summit and share your knowledge and insights with the audience. We are looking for dynamic and engaging speakers/presenters who can bring the topic to life and provide practical guidance and advice to attendees. To properly fill out the form, please ensure that you have prepared the required supplemental materials for submission. These items include: a brief description of your presentation (150 words or less), a detailed outline of the presentation, speaker(s) bio(s) in 100 words or less, and two (2) speaker references that reflect previous presentations.

Speaker Requirements:

  • Open schedule on Thursday, November 9th from 7 am - 12 pm
  • Open to answering DEI based questions provided by session moderator (sent to speaker in advance) and audience members

Speakers will Receive:

  • Acknowledgement of participation on Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber website and social media platforms
  • Speaker gift
  • Complimentary admission for 2 to Equity Summit

Additional Details:

  • The deadline for proposal submissions is Thursday, August 31st, 2023
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Summit Speakers Committee following the application deadline.
