Thank you for making a nomination for the 2024 Impact Awards. We want to recognize businesses and organizations making an impact in Tampa Bay and we need you to help us identify them! Please read the criteria, conditions, and eligibility below and submit this form by Friday, April 26th to make sure your favorites are included.

Evaluation Criteria

Nominees will be considered based on: how the organization's leadership benefits the Tampa Bay Region. Each nominee(s) must exemplify the LGBT Chamber core values: Inclusiveness, Integrity, Collaboration, and Accountability. The following recognition criteria should be considered:

• Exemplify the highest standards of their profession
• Demonstrate excellence and success in their business and profession
• Promote diversity, equality, and inclusiveness in their workplace and/or professional capacity
• Model commitment to sustainability in daily business practices
• Demonstrate leadership in the community; engage in significant volunteer activities and be a positive LGBTQ or allied role model for others
• Visibly support the LGBTQ community by providing contributions and/or in-kind services and support to individuals, nonprofit organizations, political issues, or other community-wide causes

Conditions & Eligibility         

• All nominees must be members in good standing with the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber.
• Current Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber officers, elected officials or declared candidates running for public office are not eligible for nomination.
• Awards are only available to be accepted in person at the Pride in Business Luncheon on Thursday, June 6th.
