As Florida native, I have lived (and sold) all over the Tampa Bay area since 1993... Tampa, Oldsmar, Gulfport, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Ybor City, St. Pete, Safety Harbor, Bradenton and most recently, the Apollo Beach / Ruskin area of Southshore Hillsborough. I have represented new construction builders in master-planned communities, sold vintage bungalows in historic Ybor City, Seminole Heights and Gulfport, sold homes ranging from downtown condos and townhomes to luxurious multi-million dollar waterfront estates in coastal Tampa Bay, to custom-built lagoon homes in Wesley Chapel (Epperson), San Antonio (Mirada) and Wimauma (Southshore Bay).

You'll find that while I am very experienced (have been a full-time Realtor since 2003), I'm also very chill, relaxed, fun and easy to work with.
